DELIVERY MODE
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. All our products are sent via Colissimo. This delivery method will allow you to receive your package within 3 to 5 days. There may be a longer delivery time for your package following a high volume of orders during sale periods or due to the weather.

However, in the event that you have not received your package within the specified time, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier. This may take several days. During this period, no refund or return can be made. Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check your order for damages and to ensure that the items delivered match your initial order and, if applicable and where possible, indicate any discrepancy with the order on the delivery slip in the discrepancy section along with your signature.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Please clearly indicate all the information required for reimbursement on the Return Slip, especially your address and telephone number. You can choose to receive a credit note for your next order or request a refund.

Exchanges We currently do not offer an exchange service at www.belair-paris.fr for products purchased online.
